Have you ever tried to cut styrofoam with an x-acto knife and failed miserably? Well fail no more! If you don't have the privilege of having a heated-up-wire-type-cutting-tool (that's how my dad explained it to me when I was young, google tells me it's called a hot wire styrofoam cutter) then there is a simple solution.
All you need is an x-acto knife and a blowdryer!
Make the blade slightly longer than the width of styrofoam you are cutting through, turn your hairdryer onto high heat and blast the blade for a minute, then cut your styrofoam.
